Yes. Every plan includes unlimited artworks, images, and metadata, and the price never rises as your archive grows. Unlimited means we do not charge per artwork; the files have to be part of your art business, not general file hosting (see the fair-use section of our Terms).

Studio covers your archive and your audience: inventory, editions and locations, viewing rooms with AR, your website and blog on your own domain, email campaigns (1,000 emails a month), a contacts CRM, events, and tear sheets and reports. Studio Pro adds exhibitions and 3D gallery spaces with walk-throughs, and selling: sales records and invoices, online store orders, consignments, loans, auctions, discount codes, income and insights, and integrations, with 5,000 emails a month. Gallery Pro adds multiple artists with multi-artist exhibitions and artist payouts, a team with roles and permissions, and 25,000 emails a month.

Yes. Sign up in 2026 and your rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Your rate only changes if you change plans.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial so you can explore the full platform before committing.

Yes. Every plan includes the structured Migration Wizard for importing from Artwork Archive, Artlogic, ArtCloud, Artbinder, WooCommerce, Shopify, Squarespace, Big Cartel, Etsy or any CSV. If you would rather we moved it for you, we quote a migration based on what you have: use Work with our team below, or email support@artvaultworks.com.
