Return Policy

Michael McGrath wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy.

Eligibility Artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom commissions and framed works are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at michael@mmcgrath.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at michael@mmcgrath.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.

Exchanges We are happy to facilitate exchanges for other available works of equal or greater value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
